This Agreement includes a disclaimer of liability in Section 7. Please review that section (and all other terms) carefully. This CLIENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between RELATE. (“Relate,” “us,” or “we”) and you individually (in each case “you” or “your”).
If you wish to participate as a client of Relate, you must click on the “I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement” button. By clicking the “I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement” button you acknowledge: (a) that you have read and understood this Agreement; and (b) that this Agreement has the same force and effect as an agreement signed with original signatures. If you do not click on the “I accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement” button you will not be entitled to participate as a client of Relate.
This Client Agreement was last revised in March 2017. We reserve the right to change the terms contained herein, in our sole discretion, at any time. BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE AFTER SUCH CHANGES ARE POSTED, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THIS CLIENT AGREEMENT. You are expected to check this page each time you access this Site so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. This applies whether we give you notice of the changes or not. You warrant that you have full authority to accept and perform this Agreement.
There are currently no fees for using the Relate platform. There may be fees charged to you from your mobile phone carrier for the use of SMS text messages.
2) Scope of Services
Relate clients receive customized coaching via SMS text and in app notifications. Coaching is conducted by Relate proprietary algorithms
3) Uncovered Services
Counseling, marriage counseling, and medical services.
6) Limitation on Liability
RELATE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL, IN ALL CASES, BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BE A PARTICIPATING CLIENT OF RELATE. Relate does not practice medicine or any other profession, and is not to be held liable for any malpractice claims based upon healthcare or counseling services.
